To finish out the year, I’ve decided to post pictures of various Christmas Days that my father, Alfred Peabody Guion (Lad) took. These pictures were taken after the letters ended (when Ced returned from Alaska in October of 1946) so they will not fall into the normal range of the letters. Enjoy.
These are the only pictures I have from Christmas, 1946. Dan, his wife, Paulette (Chiche) and daughter Arla won’t arrive from France until December 28th, 1946.
